Prison Ministry
In John 25:36, Jesus said, " . . .I was in prison and ye came unto me . . ." Verse 40, "In as much as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me."
We are instructed here in John 25 to remember those incarcerated. For a large percentage of the inmates, prison is the end of the road. But through a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ it can become a new beginning.
Brother Mike and members from the Good News Fellowship Church are going into the prisons in the Louisiana area with the message of grace and deliverance
Evangelistic Concerts
Although Brother Mike pastors the Good News Fellowship Church in Tickfaw, Lousiana, he still finds time to travel, sing and minister at churches and ministry events across the nation.
Mike ministers in large and small churches as the Holy Spirit directs him. He does not have a set fee or ask for any honorarium, but depends upon the faithfulness of God's people to obey His voice in giving as he recieves a love offering. Hotel accommodations and travel experiences being covered are appreciated.

First Friday of the Month Community Concert
The First Friday of Each month, we host a gospel concert for the local community. It's a place where folks that watch the television program or hear Brother Mike's music get a chance to come out and visit.
The admission is free, a love offering is taken for a special guest for that evening. Doors open at 6:pm, Brother Mike sings at 7:pm and a special guest sings at 8:pm. . Check the calendar section of the web site to see who will be the special guest each month.
Good News Fellowship Church
Located in Tickfaw, La. on the grounds of Mike Vaughn Ministries, The Good News Fellowship Church is a growing church that is reaching out to families in the community offering a place for families to worship and be a part of a local body.
Many People ask why you need to belong to a church? A church is more than a building; it is a family. When you are hurting, when you are in need, when you are discouraged, where do you go? You go to your family.
We are to fellowship with those of like precious faith. (2 Peter 1:1) And as we do, we are blessed others are blessed, and the will of God is accomplished in the earth.
Come and worship with us each Sunday at 10:30 am. You will experience a casual atmosphere with a blend of country style praise and worship music.
Most of all come and experience the presence of God. Our mid week service consists of Bible teaching designed to bring growth and maturity in our lives.
If you are tired of shallow superficial sermons and want the meat of the word, then you need to be in our Wednesday night services. Wednesday nights at 6:30 PM.
Weoffer a special service for childern ages 5-10 on Sundays, so come and bring the whole family.
We invite you to bring your family and friends to Good News Fellowship Church. The first friday of each month we host a special concert as an outreach ministry to the local community and surrounding parishes. Pastor Mike sings followed by a special guest.This has become a special time of ministry enjoyed by many each month.

Television Ministry
Brother Mike believes that television will be a vital instrument that God will use in evangelizing the world in these last days. He received instruction from the Lord in 1999, to begin producing his own television program entitled, Good News. That's what the gospel is, it's a message of Good News that Jesus cares and Jesus saves.
The Good News Television Program can be seen on various cable and broadcast stations across Louisiana as well as on nationwide satellite. Through our partnership with Sky Angel , we are reaching into millions of households each week with inspirational singing , words of wisdom and a message of hope.
The testimonies we have received the past several years have been phenomenal.

Radio Ministry
